Ang dami mong ginagawa, di ka ba napapagod?
Honestly? No.
'Cause in the first place, I don't have any commitment na ayokong ginagawa. I no longer chase after opportunities because of the money, I want to work on things I love doing or things that challenge me.
Kaya lang naman mapapagod ang isang tao if they treat work like it's the sh*ttiest thing that's happening in their life, I'm just grateful that's not happening to me.
With all the engagement I have right now, sure there might be things I regret doing in the long run...
but I'd rather regret trying things and failing than not exploring myself

I have a new best friend - ChatGPT.
Iโve been using ChatGPT since 2023. At first I was skeptical to use it and during its start, it wasnโt even that good. Mainly, I just used ChatGPT to rephrase and improve my ideas for essays.
but itโs come a long way since then.
ChatGPT is a freakinโ goldmine and anyone that doesnโt use ChatGPT will have a hard time in life.
Iโve used ChatGPT for school, for my insurance business, as a virtual assistant, and even now as I build my VA Agency.
What took weeks or even months to create now only takes a few minutes - but make no mistake, this post is 100% Adrian Kyle Ramos.
Speaking of VA Agency, what if VAs have their own VAs
Before starting my agency, as a VA, Iโve been using ChatGPT in ways that even feels illegal.
I donโt need to be a master of anything to be good at it because of ChatGPT.
Iโm just sad because people arenโt using it to its maximum potential - including my own Virtual Assistants.
So, instead of worrying and being sad about it, I allowed my VAs to maximize AI by creating our own Amira GPT.
I know nothing about coding, Iโm not an expert of AI.
I just love using ChatGPT and now understand how to maximize using ChatGPT.
One feedback we got was that itโs like talking to an Account Manager because itโs able to talk to the VA the way we actually to talk to them.
Use AI or it will replace you.

I have a hard time trusting people.
No, I donโt mean I donโt trust people as friends.
I have a hard time trusting people to do their jobs - especially in my own organization and company.
Maybe itโs because of past experience that made me create a limiting belief around trusting and surrendering that my people can handle it.
Maybe itโs because I have this ego need to control and not to disappoint the people that trust my business as clients.
I carry a lot, I choose to do so - and I consciously do this.
But as a business owner, I thought to myself, โIf I still do this, why do I hire people? Wonโt my business suffer because of this?โ
So, instead of having this ego need to control, I choose to let go - step by step.
Making sure that I inspect what I expect but also allow my people to think around how they approach a certain task and problem that arises.
I still have a long way to be a great leader, but Iโm excited to see myself in my next level.

The first one to meet us.
The first one to comfort us.
The first one to cheer for us.
The first one to hear us out.
The first one to fight for us.
The first one to love us unconditionally.
I wouldnโt be who I am today if not for my mother.
I would say I won the lottery because sheโs the mother I want and need.
Ma, lahat ng panalo ko, panalo mo.
Maraming salamat sa suporta, sa pag-aalala, at sa pagmamahal.
Happy motherโs day.
I love you โค๏ธ

Nobodyโs Perfect - and We Need to Stop Expecting Them to Be
Iโve been hearing a lot of people say โnobodyโs perfectโ - but only when theyโre trying to excuse a mistake.
And I get it. Weโve all said things, done things, or held on to mindsets that, if caught in the wrong moment, might make us look bad and even get "cancelled".
But the truth is, we all have a version of ourselves that isnโt exactlyโฆ "postable".
But hereโs what bothers me: weโve created a world, especially online, where making a mistake means you're automatically unforgivable.
We cancel.
We condemn.
We crucify...
.. without giving people the space to grow.
Not everyone who makes a social, political, or even cultural mistake is doing it with malice. Sometimes itโs ignorance. Sometimes itโs timing. Sometimes itโs a version of themselves they havenโt fully healed from.
Yes, people should be held accountable. Especially those with influence.
But accountability and eternal punishment are two very different things.
We say โdonโt compare yourself to perfect people on social media,โ
but the moment someone slips, we act like weโve never made a mistake.
Let people learn. Let them live.
Because nobodyโs asking you to be perfect, so stop expecting it from everyone else.
