NO NEED TO REGISTER MANUAL BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS EVERY YEAR.
Per Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 82-2008, the registration of a new set of manual books of accounts shall only be at the time when the pages of the previously registered books have all been already exhausted. This means that it is not necessary for a taxpayer to register a new set of manual books of accounts each and every year.

With the deadline fast approaching, the BIR is reminding concerned taxpayers to file their Withholding Tax Returns (Compensation, Expanded and Final Tax) and pay the Tax Due thereon on or before September 10, 2023.
