Mandanas Memorial DREAM ZONE Capitol Compound Batangas City. This is in commemoration of the TESDA’s 29th founding anniversary and in the observance of the National Tech-Voc Day.

It aims to operationalize the Job Linkaging and Networking Services (JoLiNS) of the agency. Likewise, this also strengthen convergence among the private and government line agencies with a common goal of providing accessible employment and training for TVET graduates/ alumni.
