In 2000, MAGIS ACADEMY started out as a tutorial center. In 2001, it became a school providing preschool classes. In 2002, it acquired the license to educate Grade School pupils; in 2003, Junior High School students; and in 2016, Senior High School students. Today, MAGIS ACADEMY continuously provides a culture of excellence to students through its:

Last January 23, 2026, the Guidance and Counseling Office of Magis Academy organized a Career Day for all grade levels. The activity provided a dynamic, tangible experience that helped students connect their academic pursuits to their future professional goals. To achieve this goal, the school invited parents from each grade level to share their experiences, expertise and insights as to different career paths. Students also came to school dressed as the profession they want to become in the future.
