Warehouse Supervisor - Job Opening

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities. This role is key to implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards while achieving optimal volume within time limits. Your leadership will help exceed performance expectations and drive our company's market share growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by overseeing receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas to optimize space and improve accessibility.
- Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
- Communicate job expectations clearly and coach employees to maintain high performance.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workloads based on operational needs.
- Maintain accurate item records and document relevant information.
- Analyze reports to forecast warehouse status and improve efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative procedures or adjust existing practices to streamline operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Strong supervisory skills and techniques.
- Familiarity with warehouse software packages and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
- Hands-on commitment to meeting job goals and operational objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to direct and coordinate warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (preferred).

1. E-commerce Specialist

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Identify and allocate stock for assigned brands/accounts.
-Register campaigns and promotions.
-Evaluate current and previous financial data study per account and trends
*establish and evaluate profit plans / making forecast and budgeting tools
-Address customer demands, especially regarding returns and refunds.
-Build and maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
-Create and upload content aligned with platform trends.
-Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and recommendations.
-Offer feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer needs and industry trends.
-Track sales performance to achieve quotas and sales targets.

Qualifications:
-6 months to 2 years in a similar position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with data analysis tools.
