Mantigue Island still remains one of my fave destination in the island province of Camiguin. It boasts warm white sands, and a good diving destination. Freediving in Mantigue Island is such a haven! It is home of thousands of fishes, turtles and barracudas. No wonder it is a marine protected area and fish sanctuary.
I stayed in Camiguin for 6 days during my 36 days backpacking trip in Mindanao and it holds a special place to my heart not only because it is where my mother mountain is resting but also a place I can call my home. โค๏ธ
