MAHALAGANG ANUNSYO! 📣📣📣
Ikinagagalak naming ipahayag ang aming pangunahing proyekto para sa taong ito — AYO sa Baryo.
Ang AYO sa Baryo ay isang pambansang proyekto at isang 5-taong kampanya na magsisimula ngayong taon at tatakbo hanggang 2030.
Isa itong 'community outreach initiative' kung saan layunin naming bumisita sa iba’t ibang komunidad sa buong Pilipinas upang itaguyod ang kamalayan, pag-unawa, at suporta para sa kalusugang pangkaisipan.
Sa pamamagitan ng mga community talks, bukas na talakayan, at mga sesyong pang-edukasyon, hangad naming mabasag ang stigma na nakapalibot sa mental health at gawing mas bukas at abot-kamay ang mga usapan tungkol sa mental na kalagayan para sa bawat Pilipino.
Naniniwala kami na ang mental health ay usaping pangkomunidad, hindi lamang pang-indibidwal. Sa pagdadala ng mga usaping ito nang direkta sa ating mga barangay at lokal na komunidad, umaasa kaming mapalakas ang kaalaman ng mga tao at mahikayat ang kultura ng malasakit, empatiya, at suporta.
Sa mga darating na buwan, bibisita kami sa iba’t ibang komunidad upang magbahagi ng kaalaman tungkol sa mental health, pamamahala ng stress, anxiety, depresyon, at mga paraan upang makahanap ng tulong.

Tumatanggap kami ng mga rekomendasyon/nominasyon hanggang Abril 30, 2026. Magbibigay ito sa amin ng sapat na panahon upang makipag-ugnayan sa mga LGU at maayos na maplano ang aming mga iskedyul ng pagbisita.
Sama-sama nating buuin ang mas malusog na kaisipan para sa bawat Pilipino.
✨ AYO sa Baryo: Pilot Run Success! ✨
Last Saturday, we successfully conducted the pilot run of our major project for this year — AYO sa Baryo, a Mental Health Awareness Seminar with its Filipino theme “Wastong Kamalayan sa Payapang Kaisipan.”
It was truly an honor to be with the community and share knowledge about the importance of mental health — from understanding stress, anxiety, and depression, to practical ways of caring for our thoughts and emotions.
💙 We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Association Officers of Pabuhay Housing for giving us the opportunity to be invited and to serve your community. Your support and cooperation played a vital role in the success of this initiative.
This pilot run is only the beginning. We will continue to bring AYO sa Baryo to different communities — because we believe that proper awareness is the key to a more peaceful mind and a stronger community.
