The Coffee Mentor

Mama Minnie Sonido Gallo,

Today, you waited for me one last time.

You waited until I finished teaching my coffee roasting class.

You waited until I finished reading Psalm 90 during our family devotion.

You waited until we all sang Dakilang Katapatan together.

You waited until our final prayer as a family was said.

Then, only a few minutes later, at 7:37 PM, you quietly took your last breath and began your journey Home.

It was as if you wanted to leave us with one last lesson—faithfulness, patience, and trust in God's perfect timing.

Your suffering is over now. Your race is finished. Your faith has become sight.

You are finally in your real Home, Mama, safe in the presence of the Lord you loved and served.

Though our hearts ache and tears continue to fall, we find comfort knowing that heaven welcomed you, and one day, by God's grace, we will see you again.

Thank you for your love, your sacrifices, your prayers, and the life you shared with us.

We love you deeply, Mama.

Comparison destroys joy.

Someone will always have:
-a bigger café
-better equipment
-more followers
-more capital

But remember: People don’t stay because of aesthetics alone.

They stay because of experience. Because of sincerity. Because of service.

Focus on building something real. Not just something impressive online.
