Then I was invited by the TESDA to become trainer in my field of specialization, after passing the TESDA's very strict and rigorous evaluation and assessments. When I started being trainer of TESDA in the massage therapy, manicure, pedicure hair dressing...., I have observed that after the training sessions, some graduates readily applied what they learned and eventually earned modest incomes. BUT...but..but...many of them just had not had the chance or opportunity to practice their learned skills. There is no ready and available place to start. The idea now is to establish a place where graduates of my class can practice their skills and later, should they pass the assessment by the TESDA would be hired by LUZ' PLACE thereby creating employment for them!
