The Supreme Student Government, Commission on Election will be having a virtual orientation tomorrow March 23, 2021 at 1:30 PM via Zoom and FB Live.

This activity is organized in order to enlighten the students about this year's Piniliay 2021 election in this new normal set up. Here, various discussions are prepared with different speakers such as the new way of Filing of COC, positions to be elected, duties and obligations, and other election related matters.

All are invited for the Zoom meeting for you to have an E-certificates. Reminding the ENCUMBENT OFFICERS and ASPIRING LEADERS to be there also. Link will be posted here together with this post.

Mechanics:

1. This competition is free of charge and is available to all students currently under the Computer Studies Program.

2. Submission of entries must not be later than March 15, 2021, 11:59 PM. Submissions beyond March 15, 2021, will no longer be part of the competition but will still have their entries posted on the FSUU CSP SSG Page. Entrants must also upload it via Google Forms (https://forms.gle/AgKRkY2Bk9ZdizYVA). The CSP SSG will be the one to post the content through the official page and once the videos are posted, students are free to react to the videos.

3. Submitted entries shall be submitted on an .MP4 format with a maximum run time of 1 minute. The theme of the competition will revolve around the students Daily Life.

4. Entrant is not limited to one submission for the exhibit; however, the entrant can only submit ONE entry for the competition.

5. We highly discourage Plagiarism, any entrant(s) caught in committing such acts shall be disqualified and will not be allowed to compete on future events and will be reprimanded by the Faculty and the Dean. We also highly discourage any content that is immoral and does not abide the code of conduct for the institution (e.g. Cross-Dressing, Nudity, Sexual Harassment, and other forms of abuse, etc.).

6. The criteria is as follows:

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 (The content is relevant to the theme and has followed the guidelines set.) - 50%

𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 (The content given evokes creativity and is quite a fresh uptake) - 30%

𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (The content has a huge impact with its entertainment value) - 20%

𝗧𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝟭𝟬𝟬%

7. The scores of the judges will only be totaled to 90% the other 10% will be done through Facebook reacts and will only be applied after the judges’ have finished scoring. The decision of the judge(s) is/are final and irrevocable.
