🌐 MY SAFE JOURNEY IN THE DIGITAL WORLD

Last March 4, 2026, Father Saturnino Urios University – Computer Studies Program conducted a cybersafety seminar for Grade 8 students of Butuan City Integrated National High School, as part of FSUU's Community Involvement and Advocacy Program.

The session tackled online safety topics including protecting personal information, recognizing digital dangers, and practicing respectful online behavior — delivered in a simple and culturally sensitive way, recognizing that many young learners today are accessing the internet without proper guidance.

The seminar was facilitated by FSUU's graduating 4th-year students from BS Information Technology, BS Entertainment and Multimedia Computing, Bachelor of Library and Information Sciences, and BS Computer Science — all of whom are certified in Information Security and Data Privacy by East West International Educational Specialist.
