Speaking to a full house of industry leaders and culinary students, Ramsay expressed deep admiration for the country, calling it the “Sleeping Beauty of Asia” when it comes to cuisine. He also declared that Filipino food is the next big thing poised to captivate the world's palate.

"Maybe a Hell’s Kitchen restaurant as well. So, so exciting," Ramsay teased, hinting at one of the possible concepts in the works.

When asked about his favorite Filipino dish, the Michelin-starred chef didn’t hesitate to say, “Sisig.”

This announcement has sparked excitement among Filipinos, who eagerly await the arrival of Ramsay’s culinary expertise in Manila’s dynamic food scene.
