NCIP Cabangan Service Center staff Albert Alisdan, Lilia Dagsaan and Alenia G. Sabangan, Board Member Hart Jeresano and staff of Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane delivered the request of the IPs of Banawen, Yangil and Sagpat represented by IP leader Jojo Beltran. This pump will be used to water 40 thousand coconut seedlings in the nursery while waiting for the rainy season. The coconut seedlings were provided by Philippine Cononut Authority to be planted in their Ancestral Domain. Jojo Beltran is grateful for the waterpump since they used to haul water from the nearby river to irrigate the seedlings.
