As an OFW, it’s so frustrating to see our fellow kababayans leaving our own country just to survive. We don’t have the privilege of living an easy life—we work day and night just to pay bills, support our families, and save a little for the future. Yet, we see some government officials and their families living in luxury, traveling the world, eating without even thinking about the cost, and buying things worth millions. And us? We are just here, working hard every single day, sacrificing so much… all just to get by. 😭
