A month ago, we unlocked our doors not knowing what to expect.

We wondered if people would walk in, if they'd enjoy our coffee, and if this little space we poured our hearts into would become a place worth coming back to.

Over the past month, you've turned our hopes into reality.

This Saturday, our team will be attending an intensive Barista Skills Training from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitated by Sir Robert Caesar Guitelen Kiswa — a licensed Q Arabica Grader, TESDA-accredited Barista NC II Trainer and Assessor, professional barista, and café owner.

The training will focus on refining our craft through espresso calibration, milk steaming, coffee cupping, beverage preparation, and other essential techniques that help us consistently serve quality coffee.

Because of this, Nook32 Coffee will be open from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

We're grateful for your understanding as we take this opportunity to learn, grow, and continue raising the standard of every cup we serve.
