Isa ito sa mga pinaka-common na tanong ng mga gustong magkaroon ng sariling bahay. π€
Ang sagot ay, oo, posible pa ring ma-approve kahit may existing loan. β
π Hindi naman automatic na madi-disapprove ka dahil lang may utang ka na. Ang tinitingnan ng financing institution ay ang kabuuang kakayahan mong magbayad.
Ibig sabihin, chine-check nila ang:

Kasalukuyan mong mga loan o utang

Monthly expenses at financial obligations

π‘ Kung sapat pa rin ang natitirang income mo pagkatapos ibawas ang mga buwanang obligasyon, may posibilidad ka pa ring ma-approve.

Si Maria naman ay kumikita ng β±30,000 kada buwan.
May motorcycle loan siyang β±5,000/month at credit card installment na β±4,000/month.
Kung ang property na gusto niya ay nangangailangan ng β±40,000 required income, maaaring hindi sapat ang income niya.
