Ikaw ba ay registered na sa National ID, kung hindi pa samantalahin ang pagkakataon kami ay malapit sa inyo.

-open to all ages (first time registrant), kahit saan municipality ka pa. Magdala lamang ng valid IDs/original birth certificates to register.

- bawal ang sando/sleeveless.

Time/ Day: 8AM - 4PM, MONDAY to SATURDAY

- TRN retrieval for those who lost their transaction slips
- ephilID verification/issuance
- processing of National ID with peeled off photo replacement
- assistance in Digital National ID through the egovPH app

Open ang National ID registration sa Cultural & Sports Center, Urdaneta City even on a holiday.

Kaya halina at magparegister, open sa lahat ng first time registrant from 0-4, 5 years old and above.

Dalhin ang inyong valid IDs and supporting documents to register.
