The Mission:
Join a brand that is moving forward! We are looking for a trend-conscious and innovative professional to lead our creative marketing initiatives. You will be the storyteller of our craftsmanship, helping us connect our 100% Filipino-made footwear with a modern, global audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics and edit engaging videos (Reels/TikToks) that showcase our shoes, sandals, and leather goods.
Campaign Management: Execute B2C strategies and creative campaigns for our retail labels like Label Shoes Ph and BrwnSkin.
Social Media: Manage and optimize our brand presence across Facebook and Instagram to grow our community.
Brand Integrity: Ensure all marketing materials reflect Quilla's core values of precision, passion, and meticulous craftsmanship.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: College Graduate (Business or Marketing-related degree preferred).
Experience: Proven track record in marketing for the footwear or apparel sector is a major advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), Canva, and social media management tools.
Core Value: Must demonstrate excellent GMRC (Good Manners and Right Conduct) and a "WE CAN DO IT!" mantra.
