✅ Issuance and Updating of Member Data Records (MDR)

✅ PhilHealth YAKAP Registration

Ang YAKAP Program nagtumong sa pagtabang sa mga Pilipino pinaagi sa libre nga preventive healthcare services sama sa check-up, laboratory services, cancer screening, ug tambal alang sa mga kwalipikadong miyembro.

Giawhag ang tanang residente nga moadto ug pahimuslan kining oportunidad aron masiguro nga aktibo ug updated ang inyong PhilHealth membership.

The celebration began with a Holy Mass, bringing together participants in prayer and thanksgiving, followed by the opening program that marked the official launch of the month-long observance.

Anchored on the Nutrition Month theme, “Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat!” and sub-theme “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!”, this year's campaign highlights the vital connection between proper nutrition, environmental protection, and climate action. Complementing this is the National Disaster Resilience Month theme, “Naghahanda at Kumikilos Tungo sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas,” which promotes a culture of preparedness and encourages science-based, community-driven efforts toward safer and more resilient communities.

The opening program was attended by Mayor John T. Raymond Jr., Vice Mayor Rusmar Ian D. Tijing, city councilors, barangay captains and officials, department heads, LGU employees, students, and teachers, reflecting Bayawan City's collective commitment to fostering healthier lives and building a resilient future.
