The submission of these reports is not merely procedural. It is anchored in Republic Act No. 10742, which institutionalizes reforms in youth governance and mandates accountability mechanisms for SK officials. The law establishes the responsibility of SK leaders to plan, implement, and document youth programs, ensuring that public resources are properly monitored and reported.
Submitting M&E reports is an essential component in ensuring that Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs), and General Administrative Program (GAP) are effectively implemented and properly documented.
The deadline is March 31, 2026, the LYDO strongly urges all remaining SK officials to complete their submissions. Compliance is both a legal obligation and a reflection of responsible youth leadership.
For guidance and technical assistance, SK officials may coordinate with their Local Youth Development Office (LYDO).
