📌Get the Form at the entrance gate, accomplish and submit it to designated early registration desks.

📌This early registration is to allow schools to prepare for SY 2026-2027. You still need to finalize your enrollment during the Official Registration dates to be announced by DepEd.

📌 Magtungo sa Pagsangahan Integrated School upang magpasa ng mga kinakailangang dokumento at punan ang mga detalye sa enrollment form na ibibigay ng paaralan.
