🇵🇭 The reason why I love Banaue (and the whole region really) so much is probably because during my first trip there was the time I realized how diverse and exciting the Philippines is.
Before that I was only familiar with Central Luzon, Metro Manila and the famous islands like Palawan.
Then I suddenly ended up in a place I've never seen before: lush greenery, tall mountains, magnificent rice terraces, local coffee in every corner, locals who spoke different languages and cold weather! I've never been so cold in the Philippines before.
Eversince I visited the region countless times yet I just can't get tired of it. Truly my special place! And the place that proves how much the Philippines has to offer besides its beaches. ❤️
