The intent was to provide access for their repainting works and electrical related installations due to constraints imposed by building administration. The scaffolding stands at 18 meters high, with length to width dimension of 6 meters and 8 meters.

It was analyzed and check to satisfy the code requirements stated in National Structural Code of the Philippines 2015.
