Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Graphics, Multimedia Arts, or related areas
- Firm understanding of 3D rendering, image editing, and animation software (Unity, Maya, InDesign, Adobe Dimension and -Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Detail-oriented and work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of prepress processes and workflow.
- Excellent experience in computer software and editing program.
- Collaborative personality.
- Creative mindset.

LICENSED ARCHITECT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or equivalent.

Knowledgeable in AutoCADD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office

WE ARE HIRING!!
3D RENDERER

You are expected to utilize the latest visual software and techniques in the field of architectural rendering, to create top quality renders for the firm's architectural projects.

Your Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Modelling 3D structures and interiors in accordance to the plans provided by the architecture and interior design teams (Knowledge of either Sketchup or AutoCad is required)

• Rendering and post processing the models through the use of Lumion 9, V-ray, Photoshop and other programs

• Laying out the boards for presentation to the clients. Knowledge of graphic design principles is a must for applicants.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with 1 year experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Fast learner and a keen eye for details
• Team player
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Hardworking, responsible, honest
