In just 26 days, the 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 will embark on a profound journey, transitioning from the foundational halls of discipline, excellence, and service to the expansive challenges of the open sea. The upcoming Launching Ceremony isn't merely a conclusion, it's a powerful launch into cadetship, where true leadership will be forged far beyond the classroom, and boundless potential will unfold across the world's oceans.

𝗖𝗱𝘁. 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘇 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗘. 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗱, 20 years old, is a sports coordinator officer and former sub-team leader from Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. He is known for turning energy into action and passion into purpose, which leads with confidence, inspires with grit, and never settles for average. Have earned all the stars, bronze, silver, and gold. He proudly lives by the quote, “I don’t chase trophies; I build legacies.”

𝗖𝗱𝘁. 𝗔𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗠. 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗰𝗼, 21 years old, is a Sports Coordinator Officer and former Cadet Trainer from Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. He firmly believes that limits exist only if you accept them. With heart, determination, and action, “Nothing is impossible.” Every challenge is an opportunity to prove how far you can go.

𝗖𝗱𝘁. 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗚𝗻𝗮𝗲𝗼 𝗔. 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗼, 20 years old, is a Sub-Team leader from Palawan. His motto is "Steer with Courage, Lead with Purpose." captures the essence of maritime leadership—braving uncertainty with resolve and guiding others with vision, integrity, and unity. It honors the seafarer who navigates the seas and inspires resilience and collective strength.

𝗖𝗱𝘁. 𝗭𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗡𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗹 𝗚. 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗶, 21 years old, is a Dormitory Keeper Officer from Paoay, Ilocos Norte. His motto is "Resilience in the face of challenge, patience in the journey forward," which reflects his belief in bouncing back from difficulties and moving forward with a calm, steady pace.

As the Launching Ceremony approaches, these cadets embody the spirit of their upcoming journey. Their words reflect the values of Discipline, Excellence, and Service that they’ve embodied inside the academy, guiding them as they step into a new chapter of leadership and growth.
