Researchers at Bay 2026 | Reminders

As we prepare for the Researchers at Bay: Capstone Exhibit 2026, all Grade 12 STEM presenters are advised to review the following important reminders to ensure an organized and successful showcase.

Venue:BNHS–SHS 2nd Floor Diosdado Building
Showcase Time:7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

**IMPORTANT: There will be ONLY ONE BATCH of the showcase.
All presenters must be present for the entire schedule from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.



Setup Time – 7:00 AM
Presenters must arrive early to set up their display boards, research materials, and presentation area.

Table Assignment
Please remember your assigned table number and proceed directly to your designated table during setup.

Display Board Reminder
Ensure that your display board is complete, organized, and clearly presents your research.

The registration for the Research Festival has been extended until today at 11:59 PM. This is your final opportunity to register and showcase your capstone product.

Don’t miss the chance to present your innovation and be part of this exciting academic event!

We encourage students to witness the innovation, creativity and hardwork of the researchers. Their talents, skills, and experienced while doing their capstone/researches was already recognized. As we dive in to the outcome of their project, this are the consideration they must know. ✨️🤖

• 30-60 seconds
• Containing the details about the problem, solution and product features

• 4 dividions for abstract, product, methodology, and visual
• 13x18 inch

• All about the product details

For the 𝘽𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧 and 𝘽𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 (per category:
Physical Science, Earth and, Life Science, and Robotics) will be assess by the panelists.
