Cavite Dynamic Achievers - CADA

On May 30 & 31, 2026, the CADA Volunteers gathered at 𝐄𝐥 𝐂𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚. 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚 for our 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Beginning promptly at 𝟗:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌, we opened with a prayer, followed by an exciting team-building session and icebreakers to energize the room before diving into departmental presentations. Each team mapped out clear initiatives and goals, ensuring we are fully aligned and ready to 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 this year.

With new goals on the horizon, we also officially organized our 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 into their respective 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. This strategic structuring sets up our teams for smoother collaboration and ensures everyone is exactly where they can best shine and serve.

As we look forward to this new chapter of growth, the room was filled with excitement as we officially welcomed our new 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫, 𝐀𝐭𝐞 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚, and our new 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐀𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐛𝐢, to the leadership team. We are incredibly thrilled to have them on board to guide and support our programs!

We also took a moment to honor our dedicated pillars and proudly recognized 𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐍𝐢𝐦𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐲 as our 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 for his selfless service and unwavering dedication.

Our family keeps growing! We extended a warm welcome to our new volunteer, 𝐀𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐤𝐚y, and celebrated the return of our volunteers, 𝐀𝐭𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 and 𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐁𝐉, who are back and ready to make an impact again.

The session wrapped up with moving closing remarks from our Executive Director, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚, who highlighted the importance of intentional planning and shared responsibility.

To end the weekend meaningfully, we attended Mass together to ground our plans in gratitude. Special thanks to El Cielito Hotel Sta. Rosa for supporting CADA and hosting us.

The blueprint is set, and we are ready for a great year ahead!

DAY 1 | From intense battles on the court to the overwhelming energy of every cheer, the spirit of Olympus truly came alive today. Warriors from Athena, Poseidon, Zeus, and Odysseus showcased not only strength and skill, but also teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship worthy of legends. 🏆🔥
