SUPPORT OUR LOCAL 'MANINIYOT' FOR ONLY P50 🤗📸

Uploader Vien Mafaye took to social media to support the local photographers.

Every time her mother comes from abroad, Vien and her family go to Basilica Minore Del Sto Niño De Cebu to continue their family tradition.

This time, instead of taking their family photo with their smartphones, a local traditional photographer captured the moment for them.

"We saw Tatay standing near the basilica entrance, we approached him and asked him to take our photos. They provide quality photos at a very cheap price and I think it's something that not a lot of people know but should know about," Mafaye told The Philippine STAR.

Tatay photographer charges 50 pesos per photo and he gets it developed after 5-10 minutes.

"I know we rarely notice them because we already have our phones to take photos with but we can really help them out and bring back the traditional experience of getting our photos taken and have it as a souvenir," Mafaye said. (Photos courtesy of Vien Mafaye)
