Wais na misis at madiskarte na mister, here are the 5 simple steps para makatipid sa inyong next event:

1. Hanapin ang "Core 4"
Dapat sa isang package, kasama na ang pinaka-importante para hindi na magkahiwa-hiwalay ang Transportation Fees or magkaroon ng unnecessary mark-up:

• Catering Services
• Venue with in-house Stylist
• Program Host-Magician
• Photo/Video Coverage

💡 Pro-Tip:
Look for Catering Company or Event Stylists with Event Management services included. They do not mark up on their own services. Combo skills is a way to go these days. A lot of businesses in the event industry are already upgrading their services to cater your needs.

There are caterer, stylist or host na event manager pa. Meron din Photo/Video services that offers Photobooth for souvenir.

2. Iwas sa "Peak Days" 🗓️
Some suppliers have special Holiday rates or mark certain dates as “Hot Dates”. Watch out for that before booking.

Example: Hot Dates/Months - August 8, June, December, e.g.

3. Check for "No Hidden Charges" 🔍
Minsan akala natin mura, pero may dagdag pala. Itanong ito bago mag-downpayment:
• May corkage fee ba sa cake o lechon?
• Kasama na ba ang service charge/Transportation Fee/Out of Town Fee?
• May bayad ba ang kuryente para sa food carts?
• Do you need to add more for their own Crew Meal?

4. Mag-book nang Maaga (Early Bird!) 🐦
Don't wait until the last minute! Kung mag-book kayo 3 to 6 months before the party, you can avail at a fix price bago mag-taas ng rate. Some suppliers have lock-in rates. It will also give you enough time to compare price for other elements of your party.

5. Tamang "Pax" Lang 👫🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒
Huwag pilitin ang 100 pax kung 60 lang naman ang bisita. Mas okay na kumuha ng base package (yung pang 50 pax) tapos mag-add na lang ng extra plates para sakto sa budget.

💡 Pro-Tip: Mas makakatipid kung ang venue niyo ay maganda na ang "vibe" kahit konti lang ang styling. Less decor, more savings! 💸
