The ideal candidate should have 2+ Years Experience in troubleshooting Windows PC and MacOS based computers at BPO / ISP accounts or similar advanced troubleshooting dealing with actual computer issues beyond basic scope of support and more near to advanced issues near at the OEM level of tech support.

We're looking for candidates that have extensive experience in remoting computers to do their technical support, fixing advanced operating system issues on both Mac and PC dealing with malwares, viruses, slow PC, printers, and more!

The ideal candidate must have sales experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Available to work full time 6 days a week per week when needed

Must already know how to solve these problems for customers over the phone and via remote support connection to their computers:

Required Skills to apply:

✅ 2+ years BPO experience / Level 3 tech support
✅ Operating system reinstallation (Windows PC & macOS)
✅ Mac computer troubleshooting / Tune-up of macOS
✅ PC Tune-up/Optimization of Mac based computers

This is for work-from-home representatives located in the Metro Cebu area.
We provide remote online services for Mac, Chromebook, Android, iOS, and PC computers and are looking for 10 experienced work-from-home representatives in the Metro Cebu area that have 2+ years of real inbound work experience for companies such as Geek Squad, Microsoft, Dell, HP, and Hello Tech.
We receive callers with a range of advanced software/hardware problems on the Macs and PCs and are looking for 10 of the best-experienced representatives in the Metro Cebu area.
-The reason why we need to localize our representatives will be in the event of occasional team meetups, day outs, 1 - 3 day in-person training seminars, and sessions, as well as anything else that may require an in-person meeting for a short time.
The ideal candidate should have years of inbound experience getting remote access and have a broad range of experience handling calls and remote sessions for these problems:
-Optimizing slow computers that have performance issues that are non-malware related on Macs and PCs
-No boot issues that require reinstalling the operating system
-Reinstallation of Windows 10 or MacOS via USB recovery drive
-Troubleshooting various 3rd party applications such as Outlook email errors, Word and Office not opening, Intuit QuickBooks and Quicken software not opening or loading correctly
-Troubleshooting no-audio / no-sound issues
-Troubleshooting webcams and microphone issues
-Fixing Cams and Mic on Zoom meetings or Zoom applications not opening
-Troubleshoot all brands of printers, print errors, and set them up on WiFi or direct connection via USB
-Troubleshooting no internet connectivity issues and setting up the computers back on WiFi
-Network file sharing and troubleshooting network issues, connecting computers to the network and making them visible for sharing and transferring files
