Users’ training was one of the services offered. In 2004, BCG Computers transferred its main office and service center at its new building at Circle Inn Compound, Lopez Jaena St., Bacolod City. The service and technical department was strengthened as it centralized it servicing. The new location allowed more clients to be served better. In the next years, it successfully operated six (6) branches in Bacolod. BCG Computers is always in line with the current trend of the fast changing IT industry. After 20 years of business, it had made its name as one of the most recognized IT products and services provider in Bacolod. The BCG Service Center had garnered several recognitions and awards in the national level.
