Last Monday, April 20, the College of Allied Medical Health Sciences, Department of Nursing of the University of Negros OccidentalβRecoletos held its Research Expo 2026, an academic event aimed at highlighting the significance of research in advancing nursing practice and improving patient care.
The expo underscored the vital role of evidence-based practice in the nursing profession, fostering critical thinking, innovation, and informed decision-making among future nurses.
During the event, fourth-year nursing students were given the opportunity to showcase their research studies through both oral and poster presentations, demonstrating their competence and dedication to contributing to the field of healthcare.
