We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Forbes Hill for opening its doors and embracing a community-based approach to animal welfare. By supporting the sterilization and vaccination of community pets, Forbes Hill is setting an example of what a truly pet-friendly community can look like.

A special thank you to Dr. Jec Cabuguason, City Veterinarian of Victorias City, for sharing not only his expertise but also his passion for responsible pet ownership and population management. Programs like these would not be possible without veterinarians who choose to go beyond their clinics and into the communities that need them most.

We are also grateful to PetHub Ph for sponsoring identification tags for the community pets. These tags may seem simple, but they play an important role in helping identify dogs that have already undergone sterilization and vaccination, promoting responsible community care and protection.

Today, the community dogs of Forbes Hill are slowly being spayed, neutered, vaccinated, and properly identified. Once recovered, they are returned to the area where they are cared for and looked after by the people around them.

We hope more communities, businesses, veterinarians, and animal lovers will be inspired by this partnership. Together, we can create safer, healthier communities for both people and animals—one pet at a time.
