The Rizal Provincial Government formally turnover the Mobile Computer Training Program (converted to a Daewoo bus) to the City Government of Antipolo. This was made possible courtesy of the goodwill and generosity of Hon. Rebecca A. Ynares, together with the members of the Provincial Council. To formalize the turnover of the Computer Bus, a Resolution was filed and approved by the Rizal Provincial
