The truth is you had to adapt to an unhealthy unloving situation and you adapted in the most intelligent way that you had to But what helped you survive and function no longer serves you as an adult And so that means doing the work to face the pain and the fear to release it by feeling it and seeing it Through that journey, come back to your authentic self, that was never broken to begin with. 09/11/2025
