After a fruitful 2025 with DTI Region 4-A Rizal our brand underwent a true 360° transformation, gaining clarity, stronger visibility, and deeper alignment with our mission and vision: the reason behind everything we create.

As recipients of the OTOP and KMME-MME programs, together with continuous training and certifications, we strengthened not only our business foundation but our commitment to champion local artisanship.

Our journey first led us to become a member of Rizal Exporters and Manufacturers Association, Inc. - REMAI, where we found a community sharing the same vision of elevating Rizal-made products.

This year as we moved forward into 2026 as an official member of PHILSTAR–PHILEXPORT, opening greater opportunities to bring local craftsmanship to wider markets.

And we are deeply honored to have the chance to meet our honorable guest, Governor Nina Ricci Ynares, during the PHILSTAR:PHILEXPORT GMM, where we were able to share a piece of our passion and the story behind what we create.

The journey is still unfolding, step by step, guided by purpose and anchored in resilience.

| Meet Vincent Ryan Rayos, Founder and Strategic Business Head of SAS–International Cosmetics & Skin Care Products Trading or famously known as Scents and Style, proudly based in Antipolo City.

Ryan has built a dynamic career shaped by creativity, leadership, and purpose. From theater arts in Samar, to a solid track record in the BPO and HR industry, to consulting for a US-based firm, his journey reflects adaptability, grit, and a passion for uplifting others.

Today, he channels that diverse expertise into Scents and Style (SAS)—an 8-year dream turned into one of Rizal’s pioneering perfume brands. SAS formulates original, in-house extrait de parfum, breaking stereotypes about local fragrances and positioning Filipino perfumery on the global map. With premium collections inspired by designer and niche brands, Ryan leads a brand built on hope, innovation, sustainability, and community impact—supporting entrepreneurs, caring for stray animals, and promoting responsible practices.
