Dyslexia is neurobiological in origin, which just means our brains are ‘wired’ differently to what is considered ‘normal’.
It didn’t come about because you didn’t try hard enough.
It didn’t happen because you weren’t read to enough as a child.
And, it definitely didn’t come about because you weren’t smart enough!
Dyslexia is NO one’s fault!
We just have a different and unique way of thinking.
In fact it helps us to problem-solve in ways that others might not think of, so you could almost say our thinking is dystinct!
So be proud to be dyslexic, because after all, how will the world’s problems and challenges be solved if we all think alike!
