Enrollment Procedure
Step 1: Orientation for Parents/Guardians
Time: 8:00 AM
All parents/guardians are required to attend the orientation to receive important guidelines about the enrollment process.

Step 2: Accomplishment of Enrollment Form
Learners will receive an enrollment form after the orientation. Please ensure that all required information is filled out accurately and legibly.

Step 3: Submission of Documents
Submit the completed enrollment form along with the Report Card (Form 138) to the enrolling teachers.
