The Interior Design Concept features these key points:
- Maximization of natural light and ventilation.
- Common areas with a sight of foliage
- A homey atmosphere pervaded with Minimalism
The Open-Plan design permits the flow of the air cross the ground up to the second floor through its large folding doors and operable windows. The fenestrations also will allow the natural light to intrude the interior and eventually be cast-off by the outside canopies. How comfy will it be to have a hot cup of coffee to a cold breeze of dawn plus a scenery of greens? (Masasagot mo talaga yung tanong na "para saan ka bumabangon?" 😂)

How great it is to meet people with a "mind of green"! A young couple envisions their property in Cavite to be a simple, calm and sustainable House. The client wants to incorporate some "green features" in the design. The house extension shall be built w/ the use of Eco-friendly bricks, maximum usage of natural light and ventilation, solar panels and rainwater harvester provisions. And for the Interiors, common zones like living and dining area has a direct view for garden for more relaxing ambience. Parent's bedroom also has an immediate access to its private garden intended for the nourishment of well-being of the end-user.
