This role serves as the primary custodian of the Group's General Ledger and the lead for financial control across both Australian and Philippine operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Financial Accountant will maintain the technical integrity of financial data, ensuring rigorous internal controls and strict adherence to accounting standards globally.
While the financial control scope is group-wide, the role also encompasses specific operational management of the Philippine entity, including local payroll, AP/AR, and budgeting. This is a hands-on technical role dedicated to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Group's financial records and organizing the finance function to an โaudit-readyโ standard at all times.
CPA certification is required at the time of application.
Minimum 2โ3 years of financial accounting experience is required.

Lead a disciplined month-end close process for all Group entities, ensuring all accruals, prepayments, and journals are processed accurately and on time.

Perform and review detailed reconciliations for all Balance Sheet accounts (AU & PH) monthly, ensuring the ledger is strictly maintained and ready for internal review.

Manage and reconcile complex intercompany loan accounts between Australian and Philippine entities to ensure they balance to zero.
Prior intercompany accounting experience is preferred but not required for managing AUโPH transactions.
