The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Central Office – Fraud Management Division Team conducted a three-day ocular visit and fact-finding observation at the Office of the Local Civil Registrar (LCRO) of Allen, with the support of the PSA Provincial Office of Northern Samar.

This activity aimed to verify the proper maintenance and safeguarding of Civil Registry Documents (CRDs), assess compliance with existing laws, policies, and procedures, and identify areas for improvement in the office’s operations.

The team from the Central Office was led by Atty. Joyce B. Boyongan, together with Renz Steven J. Susma, Jan Merce D. Babagay. They were joined by Maria Theresa G. Elizalde, Frances Mikaela Buedron and Angelyn S. Mejos from PSA Northern Samar.

An Munisipyo san Allen maghahatag sin serbisyo kaupod an opisina san Local Civil Registrar magkaka may ada sin libre pan rehistro sibil san maabot nga petsa June 26, 2025 ngadto sa Brgy. Cabacungan, Allen, Northern Samar.
Gin aaghat an kag-anak san bata ug studyante nga waray pa rehistro na makiduyog sine na aktibidad.

Sa mapa rehistro alayon pagdara san mga masunod na requirements:

On-time Registration:
1. Valid Id/Cenomar
2. Marriage Contract kon kasal an kag anak

Delayed Registration:
1. NegativeCertification from PSA
2. 2 doc.Evidence san bata (Baptismal Certificate, School Records, Medical records, school records, valid IDs ngan iba pa na nagrereflect san ngaran san bata, birthdate and birthplace.
3. Brgy. Certification as proof of residence
4. 2x2 ID picture (White Background)
5. Affidavit of two disinterested person ( Daraa nala an iyo 2 na witness ngan an ira xerox san valid ID)
6. National ID/ePhilID/ Validated TRN
7. Certificate of Marriage, if married

To those who have not yet registered (On-time and Delayed registration) the LCRO Team will be conducted their last day of Free Civil Registration in Brgy. Kinabran II (morning) and Brgy. Jubasan (Afternoon).
