𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍: 𝐀𝐁𝐁𝐀 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐀 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐑𝐒' 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍!

On April 28, 2025, the Alimodian Bangon Babaye Association (ABBA) proudly received its Certificate of Registration from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), officially recognizing it as a legitimate workers' association in the Philippines.

This certification is issued by the Regional Director of DOLE, Atty. Sixto Rodriguez, after successfully complying with the significant documentary requirements.

A special thanks is extended to LEDIP Office through Ms. Fevy Jean Plaza for facilitating the completion of documents.

A heartfelt thank you to the Local Government Unit of Alimodian, led by Mayor Ian Kenneth A. Alfeche and Vice Mayor Geefre A. Alonsabe for their unwavering support of this association.

On March 7, 2025, the Alimodian Babaye Bangon Association (ABBA) holds its monthly meeting at Barangay Sinamay, Alimodian, Iloilo.

The meeting focuses on the association’s current status, challenges, areas for improvement, and strategies to enhance its chips and mushroom production.

ABBA expresses its gratitude to Local Government Unit of Alimodian, through the leadership of Mayor Ian Kenneth Alfeche, Vice Mayor Geefre A. Alonsabe, SB Marilyn Aquidado, SB Relen Cabangal-Nabuab and PMSG Vivian Alingalan for their valuable insights and unwavering support in advancing the association’s growth.

After the meeting, members harvest and package mushrooms.

A bountiful harvest of fresh oyster mushrooms was gathered today, highlighting a successful yield and creating promising opportunities for our Bangon Babaye beneficiaries.

On March 3, 2025, the Alimodian Babaye Bangon Association (ABBA) and KALIPI gathered at Barangay Sinamay, Alimodian, Iloilo, to celebrate Women's Month under the theme "Babaye sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bangon Pilipinas."

The celebration featured a talk by PMSG Vivian Alingalan from the Alimodian Municipal Police Station, focusing on women's empowerment and community involvement.

This initiative aimed to encourage women to take active roles in the community and support each other in building a brighter future.
