New scientific poster accepted at ESHRE 2026 🧬

What if recurrent reproductive dysbiosis is not only a female issue, but a couple issue?

We are proud to announce that Bioarray will present a new scientific poster at the ESHRE 42nd Annual Meeting, taking place in London from 5–8 July 2026.

From seminal dysbiosis to endometrial resilience: High-resolution metagenomics, s***m DNA integrity and couple dynamics.

Our study explored the relationship between the seminal microbiome, s***m DNA fragmentation and the endometrial microbiota in infertile couples.

Led by Ángela Díaz Chamorro, Head of R&D at Bioarray, this study explored the relationship between the seminal microbiome, s***m DNA fragmentation and the endometrial microbiota in infertile couples.

Key findings include:
▪️ 92.9% of male partners showed seminal dysbiosis.
▪️ 78.6% of couples shared at least one microbial species, supporting the concept of the couple as a shared microbial ecosystem.
▪️ Lactobacillus-dominant endometrial microbiota appeared to provide resilience against severe seminal dysbiosis.
▪️ Seminal dysbiosis was associated with increased s***m DNA fragmentation.

These results reinforce the importance of evaluating both partners when addressing reproductive health and fertility outcomes.
