If you would have told me three years ago,
that in the near future, I would have been able to travel on my own. Not touch a drop of drink, buzz around the place on rollies and sparkling water
and get on with people. I would have laughed.

Made genuine connection with people? Unthinkable. Write music and perform my own work through the sheer power of asking nice people? Not a hope.

I met a family in Chiang Mai. I feel like I met my brothers and sisters. I am so grateful. Thank you to every incredible musicians I had the honour of playing with. Thank you to everyone who said yes. Who gave me an opportunity to express myself, to perform and to record. Thank you .jazz.coop for being my spiritual home. It was all love.
