This has been both one of the most rewarding & one of the most difficult years of my life so far. But on its best day, and on its worst day, I showed up for myself. Every damn day I made sure that I was on my priority list. There were days when it felt like nothing makes sense anymore, but there I was brushing my teeth, taking long walks, lifting them weights. Cold weather, s**t mood, bad luck did not stop me. Sunny happy easy days did not distruct me from my purpose. Today's message is: no matter what happens, make yourself your own priority, because without you, there is nothing. That said, when you are strong mentally, emotionally & physically, you can save the world (not all of the world, common, be real, hahah! But your whole world, yes, you can!)
So save yourself first ❣️
