تأسست شركة البرج للمختبرات الطبية في عام ١٩٩٨ بهدف تقديم الخدمات المخبرية وفقاً للمعايير الدولية للجودة، ثم توسعت على مدار ١٥ عاماً لتصبح أكبر سلسلة من المختبرات الخاصة في منطقة الخليج والشرق الأوسط بعدد مختبرات تجاوز الـ ٦٠ مختبر متواجدة في ٨ دول.
