WHAT IS DESCEMETOCELE
Cornea has different layers and one of the layer is called Desment membrane. Due to any trauma or infection there will be ulcer formation in the cornea and this membrane pr*****ed out and the condition termed as Descemetocele.
CONJUNCTIVAL PEDICLE GRAFT TECHNIQUE
There are various techniques to correct this condition. Here we took a conjunctival graft and attached to the defect site. The technique was accepted very well by the cornea and the condition healed well.
