ProTennis Oman is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Scheduling Executive to support the academy’s day-to-day operations.

This is a fast-paced role involving:
• Scheduling & coordination
• Parent and client communication
• Enquiry handling & onboarding
• CRM & systems management
• Operational workflow support

We are looking for someone who is:
✔ Highly organized
✔ Strong at multitasking
✔ Excellent in communication
✔ Comfortable with technology and digital tools
✔ Calm and solution-oriented under pressure

Experience in operations, scheduling, customer coordination, hospitality, academies, or service environments is an advantage.
