Absolutely loved working with this client and her family - a super busy woman wanting to update her gorgeous home. She trusted me to do just that, whilst she got on with her job running one of New Zealand's largest companies. A win/win.

This kitchen is all about keeping things simple… but getting the details right.
We worked with a really restrained palette here — soft whites, classic cabinetry, and beautiful stone. The existing timber floor was sanded and restained to bring everything back down to earth. Nothing shouty, just a calm, easy space that feels good to be in.
The skylight completely changes the mood throughout the day (one of my favourite parts), and the cabinetry was designed to feel more like part of the furniture rather than just “the kitchen”.
It’s one of those spaces that just quietly works.
