A huge thank you to the organisers of the Water Loss Training Event 2025 and to everyone who took the time to visit the ADR Water team at Holiday Inn, Auckland Airport. We really appreciated the opportunity to connect, share insights, and discuss the latest in water loss management.

Events like this play a vital role in bringing the industry together, and we’re grateful to have been part of the conversations around smart metering, network efficiency, and water conservation.

We look forward to continuing these discussions and working together towards smarter, more sustainable water management.

Until next time.

The ADR Water team are excited to be attending the Water Loss Training Event on 20–21 February 2025 at the Holiday Inn, Auckland Airport. This event is a great opportunity for water network staff and management to explore water loss management, smart metering, and leak detection.

With presentations on the updated WaterNZ Water Loss Guidelines, the programme will cover everything from calculating water balances and setting performance indicators to active leak detection and pressure management. We’re looking forward to insightful discussions and learning from real-world case studies.

See you there.

The NZ Government's Net Zero 2050 goal is getting closer, and it's time for EDBs to take serious action around decarbonisation. To support their long-term future, EDBs will need to develop greener infrastructure and use technology to get a better understanding of their impact on networks. One piece of infrastructure that can help EDBs secure their Net Zero future is our environmentally-friendly Vacuum Fault Interrupter (VFI.)

Our new VFI is ideal for small-medium sized land areas, and can be installed below and above ground. It's also a great solution for grid-tie applications — 40% cheaper than conventional switchgear.
